No it is not allowed, & these people doing this, need to be reported every time you see it, it takes 2 people to report it to get it removed & people need to use Capital letters to spell Spam in the add details box on these, so it stands out & the account can be deleted.. The problem is they get suspended & just create a new account & we have to do it again, but it has to be done*

Because they keep generating new accounts and most users here are so tired of this nonsense that they can't be bothered to even report it anymore. If one were to spend their day seeking out and reporting offending members they wouldn't have the time for anything else.

It's just a bot , as fast as we get an account suspended it's back with another one. The only way to beat it is for every user to report it each time they see it.
