What is this burning sensation in my brain?

Every now and then I get this burning/melting feeling in the back of my head. It's not a headache, it's different. I'm very scared because I've heard it could be anyurisms or a tumor. I'm 18 and I shouldn't be feeling pain like this.

Also I wake up every morning nauseous, and an extreme increase in my heart rate, I am not pregnant, I know this for sure.

Also my spine hurts horribly too and I don't know what's wrong with me. I haven't been able to make it to the doctor because I don't have insurance yet.

Somebody please give some advice or insight on what this might be please. I shouldn't be feeling this at my age.

Is your lympth glands affected. Do you hae a sore throat. check out Mono. Another might be Lyme disease those symtems symptoms can include muscle and joint pains, arthritis, cognitive defects, sleep disturbance, or fatigue. Bacterial meningitus also has many of your symtoms. Got any rashes? Have some one look at part of your head that hurts. See if the a rash or red mark. It's hard to diagnos because there are so other symtoms you might not be mentioning.

I don't know about the burning sensation but waking up with a hammering heart sounds like a panic attack. How long have you been feeling this way?
