I need to drop 60 lbs of fat in 4 months. Is there a way to do that safely?

I've changed my diet, and hyper intensified my exercise regimen, decreased my food intake, can you recommend more cardio exercises that won't impact my knees, I have a bilateral hyperextension atm...

Update:

I know I can do it. I've dropped 15 lbs in two weeks. The initial goal was 75. I'm 230 lbs as opposed to 245 two weeks ago.

    The number one thing that you need to do before starting your diet is really believe that you can do it, and you will be half way there. Changing your diet and food intake is a very big step. You should eat healthy foods with protein and lots of fruits and veggies. Protein is very good because it builds muscle mass and muscle burns more fat. You should try to do upper body exercises so you don't hurt your knees. Also, having a walk after dinner time can help. But if this effects your knees then make sure you don't overdo it.

    If you ever feel like you are losing your motivation then think of the reasons you really want this and hopefully everything will be ok.

    You don't need a diet, you need a lifestyle change. Eat less, move more. Eat four to six small meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner being the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories early in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

    Well as a matter of fact there is....there is a tablet which is totally natural and very affective. i have lost two stone like in the three month,,,im getting married therefor i was ready to try it...i know this tablet has been approved and is being taken by a relative of mine through a doctors program. google: shaping beauty....they are tablets that need to be taken evry morning. together with breakfast....literally they take away your apetite and u feel like eating less than u normally do........i have lost loads of weight (no alchohol or coffee may be consumed with it) you must drink alot otherwise u will be feeling dizzy........u may get constipation like evry three days but this i counter acted by eating dried apricots......the worst though was slight insomnia...as it works ur body faster than usual...but the ling term satisfaction of going down literally 2 sizes was all well worth it! taking it one month may help but u need to finish it of by taking it two month after that just so that u dont gain it back! u can take it every second day...if u feel like it but dont take it twice a day! it should cost aroung 60 70 pounds a month! its worth every penny i spent on it! good luck and let me know if it help rebbeca xxxxxxx

    Yes. try Acai Berry. Its very good. it worked for me. and there is a free trial going on currently. but im nto sure of the website just type it in google.
