What is the best way to put ball back into a round ring?

I have gone up size on my nipple ring and its a 14, its hard to get the ball back into the sockets to complete the piercing.

    god, i HATE captive balls, they are the devil to put back in. um, if you can't get it in go to your peircer, or buy horshoe or vertical bars with screw on balls and switch.!
