they have only been making them for like under 10 years. they still made F-16 for a long time after the F-18 came out. they have only made so many F-35. y r there stopping making the F-22 raptor?

The Pentagon is predicting that future wars will be insurgency wars against low-tech enemies like Al Qaeda, the Taliban, Somali pirates, etc. The F-22 is not a weapon system designed to fight insurgents and terrorists.
