Were we Scammed by Jon & Kate?

I read this online, what do you think....did TLC's Jon & Kate scam us??

We just can't get enough of bitchy Kate Gosselin and her pushover "husband" Jon.

After their "life-changing" episode aired Monday night, viewers found out the couple had filed for divorce.

But, reports earlier today stated that the two had actually been separated for almost two years - leaving everyone to believe they were only doing the show for the money. Duh.

Turns out, though, when Kate or her people filled out the divorce papers, they checked the option that stated the couple has lived separate and apart for two years. That would allow for a divorce pretty soon.

But checking that option just means she has to wait, or has already waited, two years since deciding the marriage was over and they were living separate lives. Even sleeping in different bedrooms could prove they had separate lives and would allow for the divorce to take place right away.

She also checked the option which requires a 90 day period after the papers have been served. Meaning, after 90 days, once she and Jon agree the marriage is over, the divorce can take place.

Basically she checked every option available to get the quickest option for a divorce.

But from what we've seen of her on TV, we're hoping Jon signs those papers ASAP!

If they were apart the last 2 years, this whole show was a scam! What do you make of this??

if you think this load of crap is true your full of yourself. perez hilton is a gossip website, its full of rumors and half the crap on that website isnt true. and celebitchy.com, yeah, that sure sounds like a website you can rely on for accurate information. it sounds like a gossipy blog site where people ***** about stupid celebrity scandals. you cant trust everything the media tells you. and of course, the need the money from the show to support their kids, they make a lot of money frm it but it not very much when it come to supporting a family of 8 kids without a 75000 pay check every week. it only goes so far because if you add up the cost for a lot of that crap they do for the kids its really expensive. but they set for life with this show. it was intended to be a real documentary about a family of 8 kids. it real and its not fake. unless this information is come from an interview on Entertainment Tonight or The Today Show or some reliable source where the actually interview them to get the information, there is no guarantee its true. these articles dont even list there sources besides USweekly, magazines arent reliable, they have writers twist the story around half the time and they have the paparazzi stalk them and then they make them into victims of the media. unless this information came from an interview with Kate it isnt true. she filed the papers and she is the only person who know the information on the filed papers.

Source(s): come on , do you seriously think they have been doing this for 2years. the media barely started talking about this stuff in April. and if they were just doing this for the ratings, dont you think they would have been doing this all along to make more money. come on the rating went from 10 million down to 2 million and back up to 11 million only because people tune in to see the big news. if they wanted rating to stay this high, they would be doing this drama all the time.

I've never even watched the show, but I've seen and heard what they are like, and they sound extremely rude. There is no way that they wanted to actually be on TV, they just wanted the money.
