I majored in Electrical Engineering for awhile, then switched to Computer Engineering. When I couldn't stop myself from taking Math courses, I switched to Mathematics and now Im in graduate school for Computational Math. Luckily, I found out that Mathematicians have one of the highest satisfaction levels for their jobs of any profession, as well as one of the best salaries. My advice to you is to do what you love. You will always be able to find some way to apply it in the work place.

    Accounting and Italian

    Accounting

    1) The world will always need accountants so you'll never be out of a job.

    2) once you get some experience you can use that knowledge in any business you go into

    3) The starting salary is 65K and significantly increase with a graduate degree and even more so with your CPA

    Italian

    1) If you like the culture the classes are so much fun and interesting and less stressful that other courses creating a much more comfortable learning environment

    2) Knowing another language is a great benefit in any business and also possibly higher salary

    3) Find your way around Italy a lot easier

study italian and study abroad in Rome best experience you can possibly have in your life!!!!!!

Umm... I'm still a college student, but I'm going with Chemical Engineering.

But you know, you really shouldn't be asking other people what you should do. Find out what you're interested in (like music, politics, science, etc.) and go from there. It's probably better doing something that you enjoy doing rather than spending years getting a degree you won't even use.

Communication Studies, with a Minor in English. Almost double minored in Italian.

I'm absolutely happy with my major - I really enjoyed my last two years where I could take the classes that actually pertained to my major. I didn't make my decision until halfway through my sophomore year, but it hit me during the middle of a class that hey, I could study this stuff for two more years, and I can find ways to apply it every day!

    You'll find your niche. :)

I'm currently a Journalism major and I am thrilled with it.I got onto our school's newspaper last semester and will be the sports editor this coming semester.I am thrilled that I went back to school and am majoring in something that is fun for me,and that's what you should do,too. Major in something you enjoy and make sure you stick with it.

I started off majoring in Business Admin. After about my 3rd year in college I changed my major to Communications. I've never been sorry for that change.

I'm not in college yet (but will be soon) and I'm thinking of something in the Photography area. Nothing better to me than capturing the beauty of the world and framing its expression for the rest of the world to see for years and years to come. =)
