Anyone know how to make a bakers cheese cake?
In a suburban Philly bakery I purchased a thin cheesecake (not the big thick NY style). It was called a bakers cheese cake. It had a thin almost pie like crust. Anyone know how to make anything similar?

I'm not sure how to make a bakers cheesecake, but if you go to thecopycatrecipes.com you may find a cheesecake recipe in there from The Cheesecake Factory. You may even find one from one of the other popular restaurants that are in there.
