Have the FA got it right?

I think given the baseless accusations against Fabregas in the same game and his earlier run in with Joe Kinnear, the fine should have been higher and maybe a touchline ban thrown in.

the respect campaign at it's finest right there 2500 is a joke to flat out lie about a players actions and make comments about a referee that everyone is supposed to be respecting

Lying about something and backing an assistant coach are really two separate things. Also two separate things are proving misconduct like spiting and if or if not Cesc actually did it.

I am pretty sure Phil Brown didn't know one way or the other that Cesc spat, but his assistant coach said so, so why would his loyal servant lie? There is a good chance that with the whole Pizza gate thing that perhaps the attack would stick to Cesc.

Like the Pizza gate time proving and what actually happened can be 2 separate things.

He was correct in having no business on the field having spent the game watching from the stands instead of the touchline, he should have been stopped by the stewards like any other spectator.

Brown is English and Fabregass comes from Spain. So no chance of justice from the FA for Fabregass.
