Is it true that you have to eat a suflay when it's hot?

Like i mean when it comes out of the oven. Is it still good to eat it cold? Or do you have to eat it hot?

    Do you mean souffle?

If you do mean souffle, then the answer is yes. It's best when it's right out of the oven or cooled down just a tiny bit.

It's not dangerous to eat it cold, and it tastes kind of OK. Not really good, but it's still edible.

The major downside is that it deflates and it can become sticky or gooey (especially if it's cheese or chocolate souffle built with cream or bechamel base).
