Which Video Editing Software lets me integrate SWF and AVIs and other video formats?

I don't think there is such program.

to integrate the videos, you may convert the swf to avi, then integrate the avi files with windows movie maker.

To convert swf to avi, I do think moyea swf to video converter is good, which even can convert swf to avi with alpha and keep original effects.
