Girl Friend Dating in Apartment?

I read in newspaper that a man was arrested because he invited his girlfiriend to his apartment in Kuwait. On the report of watchman, police arrested the two. Is this also illegal in Kuwait to have date with girl friend in aprtment ( not on public place).

    She may be considered a prostitute by the authorities. Kuwait is a fairly conservative Muslim country and females are not supposed to cavort with males.

    .Probably but not near as bad as Saudi Arabia Where a woman isn't allowed to be unacompanied,ever.Nor can she drive a car.Or enter one unacompanied
