It sounds like he likes being single.
If he wanted to get back together with you, he would have said yes, and he would have tried harder when you guys broke up.
Find a new guy, there are plenty out there.

Maybe he needs more time to figure things out. I mean you guys broke up for a reason, maybe he needs more time to get over the shock.

well how far back was this break up?
if it was recent just give it some time and if you two still feel the same then it will happen, just be patient...
