It sounds like someone was being an overzealous on their business ventures at the worst time to do business anywhere since the Great Depression--a la Michael Jackson. The nationality of this business failure is insignificant, but stiffing US companies and workers at these hard times compounds this situation. But there are bankruptcy laws in the USA that offer forgiveness...

No what she did was an financial mistake she opened 12 stores and then later reopened 2 in the first place she should of only opened 2.
The thing that bad that so bad was the fact that she hired people and then later had to fire those same people because of her mistakes tisk tisk.
