I have little red worms in my bathroom, they started appearing about two weeks ago (start of summer).?

I saw one in my bathroom yesterday. It was very little though like a half centimeter in length. Don't know where it came from but I sprayed it with some Lysol and then washed it down the sink. It freaked me out when I saw it caz i thought it came out the shower head. But maybe it crawled up the sink.

Anyway my solution pour some hot water down the sink that will kill them if there is more down there. And use lysol to to clean the bathroom.

Whatever they are, I would call an exterminator.
