What do Native American Indian prophecies say about 2012?

They generally agree on the point that this will be the time of the unification of all the people, signified by the Union of the Condor and the Eagle. They also see it as a time of the evolution of humanity beyond the third dimension and into a spiritual dimension ionile still being present on this Earth. Beyond that, there is no more that can be said since the rest of the teachings are sacred and secret.

I'm sure the world will change very soon - and something that will affect all our lives, However, we have had major changes in the past - and just adapted to them.

Take the discovery of Electricity. That was quite a change to our lives - things were never the same again.

Engines - Now we all cam move around great distances without breaking a sweat,

Radio & communication. We can talk to people on the other side of the planet or in space without wires.

Computers - So much processing power and work is done with computers we will never go back. Remember a quote "all the information stored in a grain of sand" - Well - it's here.

Who knows what the next leap of humankind will be ? - grow your own organs is now a reality, Curing cancer is now a reality - What about a method of repairing DNA, or resetting the clock on the aging process ? - This is possible, but not yet achieved.

Time travel maybe? - Experiments with supergravity show it is possible so far.

High temperature superconductors - and the eficiency that comes from this (This could be compared to biblical talk of noah's 2 x 2 - as that is how electrons travel in superconductors)

Maybe the first shouts of life from a distant planet?

All the above would qualify for a "end of life as we know it" - because it will and has to change.

Think positive.

Absolutely nothing, but don't let that stop you from believing that they did.

It seems to be the pattern with the 2012 people... they predict a planet, astronomers debunk the planet, they write a new book.

Hey, write a new book! If the Cherokee and Hopi didn't mention 2012, heck, you can make SOMEONE believe that SOMEONE else did!

i'm pretty sure that anything you think you know about indian prophecies is wrong. these are tribal religions whose beliefs are generally only shared with tribe members, and if they think there's anything the rest of the world needs to know, they'll say so. or not. they don't owe us anything. the maya 'end of the world' prophecy has been completely blown out of proportion. it's merely the beginning of a new era in their calendar. there may be major changes, but most people will probably be oblivious if there are. what it boils down to is that those are THEIR prophecies. since the west has divorced itself from the values from which those prophecies arose, we have no right to claim them and the only role we have to play in them is whatever the indians decide. if it concerns you, talk to them and learn the truth about what is happening to them, then help spread awareness and tolerance. earn their respect and i have a feeling you won't have to worry about whether their prophecies are accurate.

You will not find anything from Native American culture saying something about 2012 they never made any such prophecies and. because there is nothing. As for the Mayans, i'll make the same challenge again. that if anyone believes the Mayans said this or that about the world ending or changing in some dramatic way in or around 2012, please tell me on or in which temple or structure this is written. because i know it would not be found on the long count calender. or in any of the four codices that have to date been found.

The saying attached to that year is, in full *The End of the World As we Know it*, NOT the end of the world!

We are now beginning to experience changes to us, our planet, our weather and even to time itself, which will result in total change for the better by the end of 2012, as we have begun to move from 3D to 5D consciousness, and as consciousness moves so does physicality, which is a direct reflection of consciousness..

In 5D we experience time differently than in 3D, which is why time as we currently experience it is beginning to speed by ever faster!..We are down to the equivalent of about 14 hours a day currently, and that speeding up process will continue to accelerate!..

Our governments know of this but choose NOT to tell us about it, as these changes will eventually result in the demise of their power over us, which is all they are concerned about, the one exception being Obama, who has come to lead us into those positive changes, as will increasingly been seen as time progresses..

the egyptians, the myans, etc. Dont get spooked but be ready for the world to change in a major way in the fall of 2012. Supposedly many people live but civilization ends. Or it could be like the Y2K panic. who knows, live life to its fullest bc it could end at any time......or you could live til you're 100, nobody really knows (but some pretend or think they do), it 1000's of years old thats why its MYTHology and folklore

the only prophets that say something about this year was the MAYAS and no, the world is not goingto end, the universe is going to pulse like alway to make a change on earth, it has to do with you spirit etc try and search about this culture and some mushroom culture so you can understand a little bit

I think you may find that the native Americans had no comprehension of 2012, they didn't use the Gregorian calender.
