I got screwed by a mortgage company and I wrote a letter to the better business bureau?

and the attorney general, and the matter is listed as unresolved. Does anyone know what my next step might be to get money back that they stole from me?

    Hire a lawyer. If the case is strong they make take it for a percentage of the recover.

    writing to BBB is not going to get your money back.

    go to small claims court today.
