Dell Studio 1537, Blue Tooth Help.?

I have a Dell Studio 1537 laptop. Now before I ask, there are NO options for turning on my Blue Tooth. Now according to my BIOS, I do have Blue Tooth. how do I turn it on?

Update:

There is no radio switch on the side of my laptop and there is no Bluetooth option in my Control Panel.

    there are two options on how to turn on your bluetooth, by going to control panel and then go to bluetooth option or by turning on the wifi button at the left side flip corner of your laptop (beside the LAN port). Hope's this help.
