Should you feel you have to wear pantyhose as a guest at a wedding when the temperature is in the upper 20's?

Formal affair and you are the guest. Make the effort that the occasion warrants and put on the pantyhose. The guys wearing jackets and ties also aren't too happy but it is still a much nicer appearance. This is the wedding couples' day and not yours.
Besides your legs will look much nicer, they won't stick together, and your shoes will slide/fit better in pantyhose.

Wear what you feel comfortable in. Of course, legs will look nicer with pantyhose on. You may consider wearing support pantyhose, since you could be standing or sitting for extended duration.

I would, thats for sure, I think people are missing the key point to your question. "temperature in the upper 20's". I REALLY think you should.
It not as "out of style" as people claim it is. They look fine, no matter what the event, 20 degree weather or not, and strangely enough men do like them.
If your comfortable in them, wear them, nothing :"wrong" with it.

I know many woman don't respect wearing pantyhose at formal occasions or anywhere at anytime period. If they had a clue what it does to most men, add to that the fact we just look better wearing them, then they would not have listened to the feminists and primarily gay fashion designers of the mid to late 90's telling them lies especially about the inability to wear even SANDALFOOT hose with open toed shoes. I know at my wedding there will be a dress code enforced, and no one will be allowed to attend wearing flipflops (like they did at my cousin's weddding), nor will they be allowed to go bare legged. wear pants then. It's true ladies, most of us live by someone else's fashion laws, just listen to men, not the magazines and designers who haven't a clue.

Good Lord no, it will become unbearable. I have seen very few people wear pantyhose at a summer wedding, they all tend to be older as well. If you really feel the need to cover your legs invest in some stockings, they will be far more comfortable.

It really depends on the formality of the wedding and the customs in your area of the world, and on whose standards you're trying to meet. Bare legs are seen more often in formal situations than they were 10 or 20 years ago.

Wear whatever makes you feel more comfortable. If you want to go bare-legged, do it! They won't kick you out if you don't wear pantyhose. Put your comfort first.
