Assuming restaurants will be required to supply "nutritional" information on menu items, what exactly should..?

be included and why? I know calories, but that only tells part of the story...maybe "fun facts" like if you eat 2 of these per week you will have gained "x" number of pounds in 21day? Seriously, what should be the "standard"; supplying 2 menus? 1 with info 1 without?

There's no way they would put fun facts like that. No one would buy the items.

They'd most likely list the calories, fat in grams and percentage, saturated fat, cholestoral, sodium, and sugar.

Nothing. It's ridiculous. The government needs to pay a little more attention to the economy and the world situation and a little less about the nutritional information in fast food.
