Is it going to be possible to buy the Structure Deck Surge of Radiance in the US, and any ideas when?

sorry to say this but the structure deck surge of radiance was never released in english, even curse of darkness a structure deck released in Japan around the same time as surge of radiance was never released in english. but you can still get some of the cards in booster packs.
and it will not be released in America or Australia or anywhere else apart from Japan
