Is the neighborhood around Fenway Park safe?
I've never been to Boston. I plan to watch a ball game and will be staying walking distance from the Park.

The Fenway is a great neighborhood, and is safe. Lots of college students live in that area so it's always busy and always a good time. I have a few friends that live in that area and they love it.

It's fine, particularly around game time. Don't go out alone after midnight, but that holds true for all of Boston.

For the most part, yes, just don't do anything stupid and you'll be fine
as the other answerer said, wearing a Yankees cap counts as"stupid"

Well, half of the "neighborhood" is highway. and as long as your not wearing a yankees hat, you'll be fine. Its mostly commercial businesses and hotels.
