yes when it affects other people expressing an opinion or threatens violence.

The First Amendment's Freedom of Speech clause was originally designed to protect political speech. It was never intended to allow absolute freedom. Every culture has rules about what it considers proper speech that are situation dependent. These are the rules that help us live together peacefully and productively.

Good, you formed a question... The answer is: If you go into a movie theater and yell "FIRE" ~ you are going to jail, there is no freedom of speech... Ever heard of "the greater good"... Second, what exactly are you saying and/or writing. is it implied and/or is it constructive rebuttal or of a damaging nature...
Slander and Libel is scary, be prepared to take your mouth (or fingers) to the mat for a spar if you get called out on it...

The line is between expressing your opinion and threatening violent acts or saying something that sounds like a threat of a violent act.
