What's your favorite hot sauce? I like the heat but it's got to taste good too.

    Sriracha! It was always my favorite even before it became popular in culinary arts, and I really use it in everything. It's really spicy though so you don't need to use a lot, and you can usually find it in an ethnic food store, although I don't know if it would be easy for you to find where you live. In Houston we have HEB grocery stores and I just get it from there.
