The box jelly fish is one of the most venomous animals on the planet. Of course it harms your organs. Specifically, your heart and lungs. The venom is neurotoxic, meaning that its venom effects the ability of your nerves to transmit signals to your body. When the the venom starts effecting your heart and lungs breathing will become harder and harder and your heart beat will become weaker and more sporadic. You eventually go into either cardiac arrest or respiratory arrest and die.
