is it necessary to keep all of those text files, can i delete them out of my WINDOWS folder?

they are there for a reason, windows pretty much needs em. and there's no point in deleting them, together they take less than 1 mb, that's the size of a picture.

WINDOWS folder no dont remove anything from a windows folder and or files it can mess up your pc the next time you turn on your pc , you will get a error that will not go away ..do not remove anything that uses windows on your pc

A lot of those files are imperative to how your computer operates. I do not recomend deleting a single one.
