can you enjoy your baby if you are with him all day?

I stay home with my lil girl and i enjoy her more each day!! i look forward to see what new thing she learns to do and the smiles i get from her...i dont think any mother could ever get tired of her baby

I believe it depends on the mother and the child. They're plenty of things that you are able to do with your kid(s) when you are home with them all day that will keep you engaged and not bored or tired with or towards your child. Like coloring, finding fun movies or activities to do that have you both interested.

When I was home with my kids it was trying because my kids are really close together so I had more trying times. However, getting a break while your child is taking a nap or possibly eating or preoccupied can help too, since you're mind isn't always focused on your baby but also on yourself as well. It's a fine line that you will know how to figure out when you cross that bridge.

It's now summer and since school has let out and i only work part time i'm home a lot with my 14 month old. I love her to death but like any other child there are times when she drives me insane. But yes every moment i spend with her i can say i enjoy. They are only little once and i know in a few years i'll think back and this will all be a vague memory. I think there are times when you get tired of your baby but it's not like babysitting someone else's kid, this one is yours and being tired and such is all worth it :)

Well, I think every mom gets a little frustrated sometimes and needs a little "Me time". Even those of us who work.

My honest answer is that it's a blessing if you are able to stay home with your child. You don't have to worry that you won't be there for all his/her firsts (first word, first step, first giggle etc.)

I am currently on my 2nd week back to work after having my son, and half the time I want to break down in tears. I HATE being away from him.

Maybe for some people, but I'm home all day with my baby and I enjoy her. My partener works away and I'm in a new town (soon to be moving back to my hometown) so at the moment she s myonly friend :-)

Oh goodness, no. I'm a SAHM and I love spending every day with my son. I don't miss out on anything he's doing, I get to cuddle and comfort him when he needs it, I see every smile and laugh. It's an amazing gift to be able to stay at home with him and I'm grateful for that every day.

I definately enjoy my kids (1 year old and 4 year old) and I am with them all day. I do like getting breaks though and sometimes wish I could get more breaks, but I'd hate to be away from them and miss everything.
