    As has been said, it depends on which country's passport you are traveling on. There are 35 countries whose citizens require no visa. They are listed here:

    If your country of citizenship is not listed, you must obtain a visa from a US Embassy or Consulate before arrival in the USA.

    It depends what country you are from and how long you plan to stay. Tourist visas are not required of many countries.

    Show that you have enough funds to finance your travel to the US.

    Enough proof to show that you will return to your country after the visit.
