How many people who claim they can't afford health care have a cell phone?

Or better yet, how many who can't afford health care buy designer jeans? Or have a cell phone with broadband? Or have cable internet? Or have cable TV?

Does want = need now? I am guessing not everyone of the 40 million that don't have healthcare can't afford it. What happened to prioritizing?

    I completely agree.

I see all these "poor" kids in my school, who get benefits, but yet show off their $200 shoes.

Want does equal need, unfortunately. People have become dumb and frivolous.

For a family of 4 it's about a 1000.00 dollars way more than a cell phone, yes I prioritize, no designer jean, cable is free for me and the internet, perk for working at a cinema, {kid job} I want the same insurance the Senators have, 1000.00 a YEAR. Why can't we have that. No one can answer this question!

  • I see it constantly in my business. People on assistance driving SUV's, having cable, big screen TV's, etc. I still do not understand how they do it.

The Democrats proposed including family's who made over 80K for Schipp. Anyone remember that? People who make 125K and pay 40% in taxes do not even qualify. They are the Party of Punishment.

My cell phone costs about 1/10 of what my HMO wants for coverage just for me.

What would you pay an HMO if you were self employed.
