in water electrolysis?

how can I measure how much H, how much O, how much humidity, and...else is present in the output?

    H and O ; trough a flux meter. Humidity: you will need a sensor , special for water contents

    Invert water filled test tubes over the electrodes and measure the amount is displacement, you'lll find it is going to be two for one as it should be

    each tube (output) will contain pure yield by replacement there will be nothing else. a rule against the exterior of he tube will give you volume. in cc's if you use a mm scale.
