Resetting and Selling my Nintendo Wii?
Hi there,
I bought a Nintendo Wii back in December 2008, I used it for a few occasions only and now I want to sell it, but not idea for how much...
I have the console, 2 controls, 2 nunchuks, cables, reader, and six games (Super Mario Galaxy, Wii Sports, Wii Play, Heavenly, Sonic Riders Zero Gravity, Ratatouille and Mario $ Sonic at the Olympic Games).
So would somebody please give an idea of how much can I ask for everything?
How do I reset the console because of my personal information and games I bought online.
Thanks

GameStop usually takes in stop cheaper than it is originally priced. A Nintendo Wii brand new is $250. If you sell it to GS, you can probably get $180. Combined with the other things, you can probably get around $400.

I seriously seriously doubt you can get 400 bucks selling it to game stop. If you want a real estimate call your nearest gamestop. The best way to know which is the closest is to type in gamestop on google and your zip code..Itll show you directions and their phone number. Selling the wii to someone you know or on ebay would be better. You could get much more selling those games seperate from the console. I dont know why so many people want to sell their wii's! Kind of sucks for nintendo...I guess their console didnt impact that many people....slowly nintendo will realized they f-ed up and shouldn't of aimed the wii towards the casual gamers because casual gamers seem to get bored of things fast...most of the games you mentioned arent worth much maybe besides Super Mario Galaxy thats worth maybe 20-25 bucks the rest wont bring in too much...I say if you sell it to gamestop youll get 250-280 maybe less

This was Kruger's answer:
When on the wii menu go into the settings (spanner icon in the bottom corner), after this there is two options, one is to do with memory, the other is settings, go into settings. when in here keep flicking through the pages until you find an option called "return to factory settings" or something like that, this should put the Wii right back to how it was when you bought it.
As far as selling it: I recommend a site like this http://buywiigames.us/ or www.ebay.com
