Thera band questions?
i wanna improve my arch/pointe so i found out that thera bands actually work, but what so special about them?cant i use an old scarf or stretchy spandex? why the thera band?

The material with hold up for a longer time, but it will work if you use a stretching spandex. The only thing you will lack is the fact that therabands have different levels of strength. So if you work with spandex long enough like what is recommended, your feet with eventually gain so much strength it wont do anything. You can go to target and get a pack of three different strengths for about ten dollars. It's worth it trust me but your plans will work for the short term
