Ps3 Internet Connection Failed Dns Error(80710102)?
I Know Y'all Heard This Like A MIllions Times But I Got A PS3 And Im Trying To Connect To The Internet But Every Time I Test It It Always Says IP Address: Succeeded, Internet Connection: Failed This Is A Dns Error (80710102). I Been Able To Get To The Internet Before But Only For One Day. It Was Working Until I Turned My PS3 Off. I've Tried Putting The IP Address In Manually, Turning Off The Modem And Turning It Back On, Putting In Different IP Address's But It Always Shows The Same Thing. I Have A Arris Modem From Comcast, My Provider Is Comcast, I Don't Know What To Do So Im Asking Y'all This. Can Somebody Please Help Me
P.S. Does The Place Where I Live Effect This Problem, I Live in Spring Tx

go to network settings and select easy -if wired connection select wired/ or if not select wireless- and select automatically for everything else.click test connection at the end if it fails save anyways and turn off your ps3 unplug the power cord from the modem let it off for 2min and pug it back in when all lights are on and none are blinking turn on the ps3 and run the internet test hope it works out for u it did for me.
if the above does not work try changing the dns to first-4-2-2-1 second 4-2-2-2 this can be changed in connection setup following the steps above and when u get to dns change it to the values i gave u leave everything else as it is. -------do not put the ip manually----------
