I don't think so. If a robot dreamt, wouldn't it be just old memories? Unless they were autonomous, but then wouldn't they just dream normally? I bet some gamers or programmers out there dream of electric sheep.

When they have time to, sure. I doubt they have a lot of time to waste on sleep though--you know, the whole four-year lifespan deal that replicants get. ^__^
