If michigan.gov is delayed about an hour, then any other site would be similarly delayed. The delay is due to all the legal stuff they have to do before posting the results. Don't certain TV stations broadcast those drawings live? The difference is that the broadcast is just showing the drawing, but posting on a site incurs liability for accuracy, but you'd have your results quicker.
