Does anyone know what Fried Cream Corn Balls/Nuggets are?
Odd question, but does anyone know where you can BUY fried cream corn balls/nuggets? They look like chicken nuggets, but round (usually)... but when you bite into the center... voila! Cream corn! Can you buy these at grocery stores (frozen food section maybe?) or any major restaurant chains? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Corn Fritters
SWEET CORN FRITTERS
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. fresh corn kernels (1 lg. cob)
Pinch salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Oil for frying
Beat eggs and milk together. Add flour and mix in well. Stir in corn and salt. Just before cooking, add baking powder. Heat 1 1/2" of oil in a frying pan. Drop batter by spoonfuls into oil and fry on both sides just until crisp and golden, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Makes 14 fritters.

I've never had them but they sound delicious. I dont think that you'll find them in stores, but a google search could get you some good recipes.

corn fritters are sooooo good, we have a Chinese Buffet in town and they have them along with other American food, they are really good.
