Why is the government included in this article as a corporation?
This article about the 10 worst corporate blunders of 2009 (mid year) include two government gaffes. Is this an attempt to start us all thinking of the government as just another corporation or an attempt to slam the current administration?

It's partly that and it's also partly how the Republican party continually tries to portray the government as a business and that they, being businessmen, are supposedly better qualified to run it.
Government is not a business. I wish they would get that through their heads, lol.
