hey sorry i have to put this in as an answere but i couldnt find another way to contact you anyways a long time ago i asked if you could replace a zune screen because mine overheated and possibly broke it and you relplied saying that was probably the problem and that its not replaceable... anyways it was you can at least for the thirty gigabyte zunes the older ones i ended up getting a screen off ebay and fixing it so if anyone asks now you can tell them but make sure they are carefull when doing it it can get really screwed up
