Should i make this deal in my league?

i am in a big spot now for a do/die deal...... i am in a fantasy football league where we have 6 keepers and can trade our draft picks......

another owner offered me larry johnson and a 3rd round pick for roddy white.......

white is an elite WR for me but i am in a big need 4 a RB......

My elite players are

QB: Ben Roethlisberger

RB: Marshawn Lynch, Derrick Ward

WR: Anquan Boldin, Roddy White

TE: Antonio Gates.....

should this deal be accepted.....

NO WAY dont do that trade first off if its a 6 keepr there wont be nobody close to good.Lets break this down an dlook at LJ and White

Larry Johnson's future in Kansas City is unclear. Because he was suspended a game by the NFL in 2008 for a bar altercation, the Chiefs were able to win a ruling in April that voided the remaining $3.75 million guarantee on Johnson's contract. Because K.C. doesn't owe him anything, a release could be forthcoming. LJ isn't a good fit for Todd Haley's offense anyway, and he rushed for only 874 yards and three scores in '08. If the Chiefs do cut him, Johnson will work his way on to someone's roster, if only as a goal-line back. Heck, he could be great in such a role. LJ years are far behind him and he no where close to whites value

Roddy White- In 2008, he finished fourth in receiving yards, seventh in targets and fourth in yards per target among players with at least 100 looks. White and quarterback Matt Ryan established an instant trust, one based on the tremendous ball skills of White, who is in the Steve Smith mode of doing anything to catch a pass. True, Ryan might have been fixated a little too much on White -- a full 34.3 percent of Falcons passes were aimed his way -- but as opposing defenses gird their loins to stop Michael Turner by hook or by crook, I think White continues his sensational play, and even adds a touchdown or two to his 2008 totals. He's in his prime, and he has crashed into the elite status of fantasy wideouts.

    DONT TAKE THE TRADE

Im sure a better answer will come along, but just in case your in a time bind... Im not to familiar with the keeper league way (were doing one this year for the first btw), but i've been doing quite a few mocks drafts and there are plenty of receivers left in the 3rd round. I personally like the trade. Because your going to need a RB1 for the first 3 weeks of the season seeing Marshawn Lynch is suspended. I say go for it and look for a quality guy to be there in the 3rd... Anthony Gonzalez, Antonio Bryant, Deshean Jackson to name a few who will have big years for their respective teams.

I think you should take it for the simple fact that Lynch is going to be suspended (and isn't consistent) while Ward will be sharing carries with Graham and you can find a sleeper at WR.

i like the first trade because Det outfield is crowded anfd they have Maybin coming up soon. He will takeover in CF for them. Kemp is not a good enough OF. Beltaran is a stud. The other trade i like the pickup of Tex , but loser Nathan is tough w/ out getting a decent P back
