my DRM is corrupt can anyone advise me?

hi can someone please help me i done a smart restore on my computer it"s a xp i am trying to get in to my tv online and it is telling me that myDRM is corrupt i have tryed to find this folder and i can"t find it anywere i have looked i was told to look in run then type renegit local key machine then click on value path but thats not there its doing my head in it is since i done the smart restore i have had this trouble my computer is working great now its just this one problem i really hope someone can help
