my good friend is putting her self on an allowance of 250.00 so she doesn't over spend i bet her a Hundred dollars she could not do it could you? and tell me how.
with this economy the way it is it's just no way she can do it
no she has a job and she has an apartment and she pays bills shes tired of overspending that's all
people that"s like 8 dollars a day how could it be done?

It depends on her status, if she single and live independently , she must spent her money wisely, prioritized her needs, the bills most specially and the remaining , she must budget an allowance for her daily needs She must know proper accounting of her expenses, make a ledger and proper budgeting until such times she receives her next income. 8 dollars is quite tight , and if the situation doesn't change , she will really get tired but she can't do nothing but to be satisfied and be content of her situation, unless other wise she could find extra job at least for 2 hours.
If she is married, well a headache really , but i think sharing with her husband's income would help to survive the expenses.

well if she lives at home with her parents then it should be very easy sense she hasn't really participated in the bill paying frenzy. if she lives on her own then i don't see it being possible

she must not pay any bills, it can be done if you know how to budget
