Which district of HDB estate would you buy and why?

I bought my flat at Marine Parade 3 years ago, and now the price had increased by about 50%. If given a choice, I will still chose to buy a flat there, not for the investment factor, but for the living environment. It's a place for livng and leisure. Unlike estate like Jurong, Choa Chu Kang, Bt Batok, Sengkang, Punggol and etc....it's just a place for living.

A Maisonette in Marine Parade is ideal. Good investment, nice place, near to airport, sea view and many more advantages too. Need I say more?

I would consider Bt Panjang. It may seem inaccessible and secluded now, but when the downtown line is completed, it will definitely spur development there, causing home prices to increase. I bought my HDB flat in Jurong West for $192k, before they extended the EW line and now its worth $385k.

But, why do u wanna choose a HDB??? They seriously suck to me. Tiny, cramp. That's why i got a bungalow. :)
