Probably the vegetarian, because before humans could evolve on the Earth, plants had to exist first to photosynthesise and remove the carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, bigger species could evolve and respire.

So, when speaking about animals, the vegetarian came first but about humans, no idea but probably vegetarians.
