Anyone know the name of the sandwich cookie with jam in the middle and the end dipped in chocolate n sprinkles?
I'm looking for a recipe for them.
They are available at most bakeries in New York, not sure about other states. Thanks for the Martha Stewart link, but those are not what I'm looking for. The ones I mean sort of look like madelines, only are a sandwich cookie and are not as cake like.
