I agree with you. I think abortion is wrong and right. If a dumb teenager gets herself knocked up I think she should have to suffer the consequences and take care of the baby because she was to stupid to put a condom on. But then on the other hand, it is a woman's body and she has the right to do what she wants with it. Especially if the girl did get raped and got pregnant and she was really sure she just could not go through with the pregnancy, (depending on her age as well) I would definatley have sympathy for her. Or if the woman knew the baby was extremly deformed or had serious health problems, I think abortion would be best to put it out of it's misery. All in all, I think abortion is good and bad.

i read some of the answers that (if a teenager gets knocked up then they should have to pay the consciouses) now that's just stupid. ruin a kids life because they were pressured and have hormones ripping through their body. a teen is naturally stupid that's the way it works. a baby raised by a teen is going to be F*CKED UP. anyone has the right to put there unwanted fetus (because its not a baby) to better use. all the dumbsh*ts out there saying that a fetus is gods creation and whatnot so it should be illegalto kill it. I think it depends on the situation. If a girl who got raped or something, she should not have to put up with a pregnancy for nine months she did not intend to have. But if a 16 yr old is going around being stupid, then I don't think it would be OK. But as long it's legal, there's not much we can do about it.

i try to have an open mind about things. and of course..if rape or incest..or medical need is the case..im cool with it. for girls that use abortion as a means of birth control. im not cool with it. like i believe there should be a lot stronger rules for these things. i mean..most women know how easy it is to go an abortion. so there is no REAL fear of getting pregnant. if a woman has 4 kids...and gets pregnant again..instead of gettin her tubes tied after 4..she'll just go get an abortion. that's not cool. i understand some women may feel that's it's not fair to be ''stuck'' with a baby they didn't want. give it up for adoption. but the main point is..women won't start taking getting pregnant seriously again until they know their options have narrowed.

firstly...i think for starters..13 year olds shouldn't be allowed to get abortions unless its medically needed. in your state...if the legal age of consent is 16..so is the abortion age. if you're under that age..adoption is you're option if you're not keeping it. it's bad enough the young kid had sex..i really dont think abortion is gonna teach her lesson. if she carries that baby to term and has to deliver it...maybe she'll think next time. next...if you met the requirements to get your tubes tied after a certain amount of kids or your age...and you don't want your next kid...adoption. you can't keep havin abortions! i mean i know there would be wrinkles in this system im making up..lol. but it's a better thought than the one we already got.

im all for people's free rights to do with their bodies as they wish...but there's got to be some kinda rules for the people that abuse this. like a one abortion minimum would even be a good start. that's not even askin for much. after one abortion..if you still dont understand how babies are made..then you're stuck havin one. better luck next time. ya know? im just sayin.

oh and to add to that...i think in these little sex ed classes they have in school these days...or even in the abortion clinics themselves...a girl should have to watch a video of an abortion at her trimester...before having an abortion. i saw a video on youtube of an abortion that i had to turn off because i wanted to cry. and im not a softy..it was just disturbing. if a girl still wants an abortion after that video...geeze. these are just sum of my suggestions..that's all. =]

I think our country would be a much worse place if abortion was illegal. There would be higher rates of poverty, many, many more children in foster care waiting for adoptions, and more abusive parents that got stuck with a kid they didn't want. No one can deny that abortion has its benefits.

Yes, if you were raped i would consider Abortion OK.

And to be honest, i'm only 15. Not very mature and obviously don't inquire a lot of this sort of stuff in my everyday life.

But to me, mother is god in the eyes of a child.

And personally i don't really think it's right to punish the life of a baby due to you're mistakes.

why do u think its wrong? it should be the girls choice. But everyone can have an opinion. I mean some people are gonna be on ethir one extreme or the other. Thats why the baby cant be a certin age for you to be able to do it.

i think if a woman is raped she should have the right to a abortion becose think about all the pain mentaly and phoiscaly she would have to go thro for something that should have never happtend

i don't agree with abortion and am strongly against it,

but if the case was rape, it would be okay i think,

if the person who got raped didn't want bad memories.

i do no longer possibly like it, yet who might look after a majority of those undesirable toddlers otherwise? I particularly do no longer see any of those top center classification avid professional-lifers adopting toddlers to keep lives.
