your mind can alter whatever it wants at any time and does not have to give you an explanation. whatever the problem, its trying to fix it by picturing the worst possible scenarioes and then working backwards from there.

thats just a touch of the billions of things your mind can do. its either entertaining itself with things youve never imagined, or its working through a problem that you have to deal with in its own words.

dont worry, the odds of it happening in real life are phenomenal to one.

This means you are aware that you have not been paying them much attention. This is a sign to get closer to them and treat them well or they will walk out of your life.
