my pet turtle is not moving but he is when i pick him up?
he got water in his nose but it was about an hour or a half an hour ago

Maybe it's tired or doesn't feel good, but most turtles move when you pick them up. Make sure you have the proper lighting, filtration, basking area, water temp, and food. If you do then it might be getting sick or it's just tired. You don't give enough info to say a lot.

Well unless its actually a tortoise its probably not moving because it doesn't have enough water. If its a turtle or a tortoise a little water in (most likely just on) its nose wont hurt it. If its a turtle and it has water, its probably basking and you waking him up.
