Can a film edited in Adobe Premiere Pro be re-edited in Final Cut Pro?
I shot a film, Idid a rough edit in adobe Premiere Pro. My producer thinks he can transfer the file to Final Cut Pro and do all the tweaking that needs to be done there. Is this possible?

Maybe, but it's not easy. What kind of files are you editing in Premiere, are they QuickTime? You will need to export an EDL (edit decision list) that final cut pro can read and have video files that FCP can use. You should also be ready for errors. Export a version of your edit from premiere with a Time code window showing in the frame. You can have the timecode read the data from the original clip or from the timeline you created. This is your reference video. Use this to check that everything is right. If you have lots of effects or slomo fastmo clips you can also have errors. Good luck
