Why is this happening?
when i go to my starred questions it says that my Q&A's are private

now its letting me see them but it didnt before

Click on the green tab, where it says, "My Profile" (above and to the right of your profile) and you should be able to find your starred questions there.

There are so many gremlins in the system at present, that could just be another one.
