please i need an outline ... and i think this deck is pretty solid ... inexpensive cards im looking for so not gnna run solemn and whatnot ... phoenix wing for gold rare and raiza is plenty expensive enuff for me ... tell me what you think :D
alright ... i use trap stuns cuz its a really underrated card ... mirror force ... trap stun ... like it can stop torrential and plenty of really good trap cards ... i cant have a decree cuz i need no magic and traps for treeborn ...
for the second answer ... please do not reccomend me cards like that ... im not looking for tuners to sync ... krebons is fine for his effect ... do not reccomend synchros plz ... and crush card virus ... i said not expensive cards so i wud like it if the deck wud be around a relatively cheap amount .. thanks all

I would get rid of the 3x Trap Stuns and Place in an Royal Decree so that you can add more devastating cards like Mirror Force or Cold Wave and any other card will do(mirror force is coming out in new pack ).
Definitely take out Noe Spacian Grant Mole because he just waste normal summons and add 3x Giant Germs so you can have some tributes for the Monarchs. I really don't know about the Grave keepers.
But to say the least this deck is impressive and has much potential,even for tournament worthiness. I'll give it a 8.7/ 10 because it really rocks.
